The design-system spine (LT-30) is in place: a two-layer design token layer with Tailwind + shadcn/ui theming from CSS custom properties, live brand injection, and a calm functional status palette. StatusBadge (LT-31), DataSurface (LT-32), motion runtime (LT-33) and the app shell (LT-34) compose on these tokens.
